I value the maintenance of health and understand that people want to look a certain way, but it is most important that people take care of their bodies – joints, muscles, and heart, so they can live their best life possible.

Raised in Brazil, Liana spent most of her youth on the beach, playing beach volleyball at a competitive level. At the age of 23, she moved to London, England where she pursued a career in fashion but was never too far away from a gym. She always had a passion for physical fitness, which she turned into a career after her second child.

Pursuing this passion, Liana has been certified in TRX, Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT. She is an energetic, ambitious, & enthusiastic trainer, who enjoys motivating others to commit to long term health and fitness goals. Her belief is ‘Movement is Medicine’.

My Mantra: “I Have Time” reminds me to slow down and move mindfully throughout the day. The more present we are in any given moment, the happier and more fulfilled we will be.
