Online Fitness Schedule

Hello and welcome to Inner Fit’s online fitness schedule. We know this is a time of uncertainty with the world and we have quickly stepped into action with the support of our incredible community to make fitness something we can all enjoy from home.

The best part about online fitness is anyone can join us from anywhere in the world. We also record all the sessions and make them available for 48 hours. Recorded sessions are sent out the following day by email.

As the owner of Inner Fit Studios, I have created an online fitness platform. When we first shut our doors down, I had no idea how long it would last or how things would go. What I did know is that our community needed to see each other, sweat, connect and feel like they are part of something and that is what the online platform has allowed for using Zoom. We see each other during the live workouts and that in itself makes the world already better. We also record all our sessions and make them available the next day in case there is a difference in time zones or you couldn’t make it to class.

Until we re-open, we are using this chance to open it up to friends of our community to jump on board and feel better because we all know we need to connect and laugh, and exercise by offering a 3-day Free Trial.

As always, our classes are friendly, body-positive, and for all fitness levels. We will offer a variety of classes so simply check back here daily for the listings.

How to Join:

Sign up online with this link or download our Inner Fit Studios app. We are also available on Mindbody when you search Inner Fit Studios (Richmond, BC, Canada)

How to Sign Up for a Class:

Once you are registered, simply open the schedule and book your classes. You will receive a confirmation email from Fit Grid and then 1-hour before class starts, you will receive an email to stream the class. It’s simple and your coaches will welcome you.
