Online Fitness Schedule

Hello and welcome to Inner Fit’s online fitness schedule. We know this is a time of uncertainty with the world and we have quickly stepped into action with the support of our incredible community to make fitness something we can all enjoy from home.

As the owner of Inner Fit Studios, I have created an online fitness platform. When we first shut down last week, we had no idea how long it would last or how things would go. What I did know is that our community needed to see each other, sweat, connect and feel like they are part of something and that is what the online platform has allowed for using Zoom. We see each other during the live workouts and that in itself makes the world already better. ‘

As you can imagine, things are unfolding fast. Every day there is new news so thank you in advance for your patience. As of today, Inner Fit has opened its platform to our member’s friends, families, neighbors, and anyone they know who needs to connect. Each day I will post links to the platform. As of next Monday, March 30th, we will continue back to our classes (online if we still cannot go to the studio) and signing in on Mindbody to access classes.

Until then, we are using this chance to open it up to friends of our community to jump on board and feel better because we all know we need to connect, and laugh, and exercise.

As always, our classes are friendly for all fitness levels. We will offer a variety of classes so simply check back here daily for the listings.

How to Join:

Simply click on the link next to the class 15 minutes before it starts. When class is ready the instructor will appear 🙂
