Inner Fit offers 120 + fitness classes per month. Our classes are taught in levels so whether you are brand new to exercise or regular exerciser, we provide options.

*The Weight Loss Boot Camps provide everything you need from a foundation perspective to training 2 days a week. We offer the classes Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday. We program the boot camps to balance the muscle groups so if you come to the 530pm Monday and Wednesday Weight Loss Boot Camp, you will be working all muscles of the body.
Many of our members have had huge success with making 2 days a week the minimum in their training and adding the other classes to compliment their weekly workouts. It’s also a great way to ease into fitness with 2 days a week.
We have 2 fitness rooms we work in. We have the large 2500 square foot main group studio and the smaller strength training room. This allows for variety in equipment and workouts.
