All our programs are taught in levels so everyone gets a great workout and we are a beginner friendly facility, so no matter where you are starting at with your fitness, we are here to help you!

Weight Loss Fit Camps

Our signature Weight Loss Program is “boot camp” reinvented which focuses on burning fat through strength and cardio intervals in a variety of formats so you never do the same workout twice. With fun coaches, pumped up music, variety, and a community of fitness friends; this 55 minute strength and conditioning workout will transform the way you look and feel.

Coming Soon… Intro to Fit Camp

We have taken our awesome Fit Camp program and created a low impact version to teach people who are new to fitness how to weight lift and enjoy low impact cardio options. This is the perfect class to start with 2 days a week. Starts September 2017.

Fit Camp Express & Restore

Fit Camp Express is a condensed version of our popular Weight Loss Fit Camps. This 40 minute workout is followed by a restorative 20 minute stretch and relaxation session to bring your body back to a resting heart rate release tight muscles and joints in the body.

Fit Cardio

Do you love cardio? Do you love that sweaty feeling when you finish your workout? Then Fit Cardio is the class for you! In the Fit Cardio workout we use high intensity interval training with low impact options to burn fat and improve your cardio. Fit Cardio is the perfect addition to the Weight Loss Fit Camps for faster results.

Fit Spin Cardio

A high energy, low impact, cardio class with upbeat new music and motivating coaches riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints while burning calories all the way! Indoor cycling offers members a way to enjoy cardio in a way that challenges both leg endurance and their cardiovascular system without impact on the joints.

Did you know that the owner of Inner Fit Studios certified Indoor Cycling Instructors in BC for the BCRPA? That’s right, over 1000 fitness professionals have been certified by our own founder of Inner Fit.

Fit Lift Strength Training

A low impact weight loss program that builds strength by using a variety of equipment from the cable machines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, trx, body balls, the BOSU, Vipr, Sandbags, Sandbells and more. This lift class will have you feeling strong, reshape your body, burn body fat, and trim your midsection.

Fit Cardio & Lift

A fusion of 30 minutes of cardio intervals from the Fit Cardio program in combination with a 30 minute of strength training from the Fit Lift program.

Fit Step Cardio

A low impact cardio class that builds on choreographed patterns of step aerobics moves that challenges the mind and body. This cardio endurance class will have you moving, grooving and having fun to upbeat music. No coordination required as the coach will break down the moves each class.
