In the course you will learn how to use the 32 count to create step patters, transition step movements, break down and build up step movements, add more complex choreography, and how to teach a step class from start to finish.
Each participant will be able to teach a step class at the conclusion of the course.
The Step Aerobics Instructor course will give you everything you need know in order to run your own successful step aerobics class.
Group Fitness instructors are high in demand and step classes are still very popular but there aren’t many instructors who can teach a step class.
This course will cover tempo, counting, step patters, transitioning patters, how to create step patterns, how to teach step and so much more!
If you have no experience with group aerobics classes, this is your time to learn and this course will help you become a great instructor!
