Can I join even though the program already started?

– Yes you can join at anytime. We will simply pro-rate the sessions you missed. To start, simple phone 604.276.1116 or email rachel@innerfitstudios.com

I haven’t worked out in a long time, will I be able to keep up?

– Yes. Inner Fit is a place where beginners are very much welcome. Our program is taught in levels, and you will be progressed as your body is ready to prevent injuries or burnout.

What does the Weight Loss Group Training Program Include

– The program includes 34 group training sessions, full access to all our flex pass classes from spinning to sandbag training to stretch and mobility sessions, access to the strength room (orientation required), access to our on-line and in-studio weight loss support group, monthly adventures, and the opportunity to be part of a fun and welcoming fitness community.

I have a lot of weight to lose, is Inner Fit the right place for me?

– Absolutely! There have been many incredible transformations that take place at Inner Fit. Currently, one of our client’s has lost over 160lbs! The trainers understand the burden weight places on the body and will help you train in a way that makes your feel comfortable to help you lose the weight. You will find that you accelerate in some areas and will want to improve in others so we will support your journey.

I don’t have a lot of weight to lose but want to workout at Inner Fit, can I still participate?

– Inner Fit is not just about weight loss, it is about great workouts, and a fun fitness community. If you have little to no weight to lose, you will still see your body change shape and feel stronger and have more energy.

How do I become part of the community?

– Inner Fit welcomes everyone, no matter where you are in your journey. Being part of the community allows you to talk to people who can relate to the struggles of fitness, weight loss and healthy eating. The community is part of lots of events and adventures and has a secret Facebook page that we invite you to join. We understand it is hard to step outside your comfort zone but when you are ready we welcome you with open arms.
